Nevertheless, with the establishment of Help Desk systems in over 17 tertiary hospitals, all geared towards uniting the economically disadvantaged, a significant transformation has occurred. In the current year alone, we have assisted and supported over 100,000 patients, resulting in substantial savings on their medical expenditures, amounting to nearly Rs 11 Crores.
