Welcome to Helping Hand Foundation. We would like to outline our policy regarding refunds and cancellations of donations received for our social causes via the payment gateway:

• We do not entertain any requests for refunds or cancellations for donated amounts made through our online payment gateway.
• We do not offer cash refunds for any donations.
• In the case of in-kind donations received from donors, the materials will be distributed to the neediest communities.
• Once a donation is received for a specific cause, it will not be refunded or cancelled. The donation will be utilized for medical relief, community development and children’s education initiatives.
