Helpdesk at Govt. Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital

HHF has collaborated with Govt. Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital & launched Help Desk Services.

HHF has been providing Help Desk services in 13 State-run hospitals in the City for the past 10 years. 

Over 100 Volunteers – Counselors are deployed in these hospitals to provide patient care and support services.

The Help Desk System which started from 15th Dec -2024, will be a boon in the state eye hospital as hundreds of patients with eye issues and impaired vision to blindness visit the hospital.

HHF has placed 2 Helpdesk with trained counselors Sulakshana & Naresh in the OPD Area for guiding and supporting patients.

The Help Desk at SDEH is providing assistance to 200-300 patients daily from the time it started.
