Since 2015, HHF has operated Help Desks in 12+ tertiary government hospitals, ensuring that economically weaker patients receive free public healthcare. These desks serve as vital referral pathways from primary to tertiary care, reducing inequity in healthcare access. Acting as the face of large government hospitals, they assist patients in navigating complex medical systems, providing critical support and guidance.

  • 13.63 lakh patients guided, assisted, and navigated

  • 180 major & general surgeries facilitated

HHF provides blood transfusions, implants, high-end medicines, lab tests, food, diapers, mobility aids, ambulance services, and intra-hospital referrals for poor patients.
